Not a bad challenge for anyone who’s looking to get fit, or train your endurance. I find the best thing about jump rope, is that it doesn’t hurt your joints. Running really hurts my knee and ankle. And jump rope won’t cost you much, if you decide to start.

This is One Punch Man challenge day 5, and I’ll have end the challenge. It’s not a difficult challenge, my problem is the 10k run. Is giving me too much pain on my knees and ankle. I am not a quitter, but I see no benefit of the challenge, as the challenge does little to gaining muscle. But rather it loses both fat and muscle at the same time.
