This is One Punch Man challenge day 5, and I’ll have end the challenge. It’s not a difficult challenge, my problem is the 10k run. Is giving me too much pain on my knees and ankle. I am not a quitter, but I see no benefit of the challenge, as the challenge does little to gaining muscle. But rather it loses both fat and muscle at the same time.

This was a easy challenge, and the result was expected to be little in return. At the end of the challenge, I did lose some fat but very little.
